    Price includes meals, lodging, and instruction for the entire weekend.
    Early Bird Fee (register before March 23, 2013)-$140.00
    Regular Fee (register after March 23, 2013)-$150.00 per person

    50%: After March 30, 2013
    Nonrefundable: After April 5, 2013
